Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. All product photos are taken to match the real item you will receive. What you see is what you get. If anything ever arrives different from what was shown, you can contact us immediately for a replacement or a refund. Your satisfaction matters to us.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view and download your receipt in your account under Order History. We also send a copy to your email after every purchase. If you need help finding it, just contact us and we will assist you right away.

How can I return an item?

If you want to return an item, just reach out to us within the return period with your order details. We will guide you step-by-step. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and check it, you can choose a replacement or a refund. We aim to make returns simple and stress-free for you.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. We regularly update our inventory and restock popular items. If something you like is out of stock, keep checking back or contact us so we can notify you when it becomes available again. We work hard to make sure you get the products you want.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently deliver to all major locations within Kenya. During checkout, simply enter your delivery address and we will show available shipping options for your area. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, contact us and we will assist you.
